How long does a full diagnosis take?

Usually 5–10 business days for the complete initial deliverable (detailed audit + prioritized backlog + actionable recommendations). For more focused or surface-level diagnoses, we can deliver in 3–5 business days.

Do you handle the implementation of improvements?

We provide detailed prototyping and full technical documentation for developers. Implementation is typically done by the internal team, but we can offer implementation support as an add-on if needed. We also provide follow-up to ensure implementation stays true to the validated design.

How do we measure the results of the consulting?

We define clear KPIs at the start of the project (e.g. conversion rate, task success rate, task completion time, NPS, drop-off rate). We use A/B testing, analytics and behavior tools (such as Hotjar/FullStory) to measure real impact before and after implementation.

Do you work with remote teams?

Yes, fully! We conduct remote research, moderated usability tests via video (Zoom/Meet), collaborative workshops using tools like Miro and FigJam, and deliver all prototypes via Figma. Our methodology is 100% adapted for remote and distributed work.

What is the difference between a diagnosis and a validation sprint?

The diagnosis is a quick analysis to identify problems and opportunities, resulting in a prioritized backlog. Validation sprints go deeper: we conduct detailed research, create prototypes and test with real users before recommending implementation. The diagnosis is the starting point; sprints are the validation and design work.

How many users participate in usability testing?

We typically work with 5–8 users per testing round (the ideal number according to Jakob Nielsen's research to identify 80–90% of issues). For complex products or multiple personas, we can run multiple rounds with different segments. We also conduct unmoderated tests with larger samples when appropriate.
